What counts as a clinician?
Any field worker who receives an optimized route: nurses, physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, lab technicians, pharmacy couriers, and equipment delivery personnel. Back-office coordinators and admin users do not count toward your clinician limit.
How does the implementation process work?
We start with a 2-week onboarding that includes data migration, workflow mapping, and staff training. Your dedicated onboarding manager configures the system to match your scheduling rules, credential types, and geographic coverage. Most programs are live within 3 weeks.
Can I start with a pilot and scale up?
Yes. Many programs start on the Starter tier with a subset of their clinician team, prove ROI over 60-90 days, then expand to the Growth tier as they scale census. We make tier upgrades seamless.
What EHR systems do you integrate with?
We support CSV/XLSX upload out of the box. For Growth and Enterprise customers, we build direct integrations with your EHR, scheduling system, or care coordination platform. We've worked with Epic, Cerner, and custom systems.
Is there a long-term contract?
Annual contracts receive the pricing shown above. Month-to-month is available at a 15% premium. We're confident the ROI speaks for itself.
How is patient data protected?
All protected health information is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Encryption keys are managed in Azure Key Vault. Our optimization engine only processes anonymized patient IDs and coordinates — PHI never enters the solver. We maintain full audit logs with 7-year retention.
